Pinocchio

Ah, CTE. Good to be done, yet sad to be gone. It was seven-and-a-half years coming (I know, WOW!) but it still is unbelievable. All these years and I thought "oh, I'll never graduate..." and here I am. But it was an amazing run and that's all that matters. : )

Me and the infamous Adamo. I love my "son"!!! (FYI, in the last show [Willy Wonka] I was Mrs. Bucket and he was Charlie. So now you know what I mean.)

Chloe has been dubbed the "CTE kid". Ha! She's too cute
I love my schmoo Max!
My blood-sissy, my Adrianna, Adri, Ade, Adey, Age, Agey-Bagey, Adey-Badey (girl of 24826085762 nicknames)
Um...unknown. I found it amusing.
Tino looks thrilled, no?

Me strangling Adam (because he kept saying "Emma you're done with CTE FOREVER!")

(Yes, at Colonial I did eat an entire Kitchen Sink! :p)

Random Bits

Sooo....this week has been actually one of the best in awhile. Easter was nice of course.....I've been camera-lazy so you all will have to rely on my :just decent: BlackBerry for camera.

This is Stuart, my auntie's dog. Isn't he too cuuute? I had to show him off!!!

Poor Willie...he had a bladder stone (yeowch, no wonder he was peeing in the house) and got it removed a few days ago and has had to wear this excellent fashion statement:

(I love how Abby is checking him out...like, what the?! LOL)

Really my only "artsy" for the week. This is Adam, he's adorable. And no, he's not my boyfriend and probably will never be. We've known each other since ummmm yellow group (6 and 8 years old) so that's that. He looks thrilled, no? Gotta love those preteen boys...so easygoing ;p
.
And while we're on the subject of boyfriends...I've never had one and not only am I not allowed, I don't want one until the prime age of 18. Well, I think it's a good choice...relationships before then never last longer then a month anyway! Of course this is to the dismay of maaaany of my friends...even my Nana (grandma) asked me if I had one. You know something's up when your grandmother begins to wonder!!! Just kidding I love my Nani :)
.
Anyway, I went to Great America (again) yesterday. While it wasn't as beautifully empty as two weeks ago, crowds were still slim and we had soooo much fun, as always...beyond GORGEOUS weather...I didn't take my camera that time since it was a hassle to attach it safely to me while I went on the rides. The total ride count was 11 in 4 hours. Not bad! We would've stayed longer but wellll...Katarina (my best friend for those not in the know) has a certain health issue (I won't name it specifically for her privacy) and got an enormous headache so we had to leave. But we weren't too upset since we got on all the rides we wanted to!
.
So that's it...oh yeah, tech week is starting tomorrow. Both an ugh! and a yay! at once. I'll explain some other time as to why I'm not, well, completely thrilled with this show unlike most of my others. Just please know that this week will be a little difficult for me so please keep me in your prayers!

(Like that nickname? "Blue" doesn't stand for anything specific, it just has a nice sound to it.)

Six Flags Great America

Oops! Sorry for the long wait...I do realize it was last Saturday that I went to GAm but I've been ummmm. sick. Very, very, VERY sick. I'm actually afraid that something is more wrong then it appears to be (if um that makes sense). Anyway, that's my excuse...but while we're sorta kinda on the subject; GAm was DEAD. Completely wiped out. No people. If you don't believe me, check out the parking lot:

Normally it's completely filled with cars - and even THEN waits are only around 30 minutes for the major rides. Yeah, it was pretty awesome. Oh - and galloping (don't you love my vocab) through and around alllllll the empty spaces with Evan after the park had closed and everyone was leaving - is probably one of my top best memories, ever. SO fun!

I rode Demon (one of their lesser, but still fun, coasters) four times (!!!!) withOUT getting off. Oh, and Raging Bull? (Their top roller coaster). We could've ridden it a second time without getting off either. (We would've but the park was close to closing and I still had to process my pass). AH!!!
Empty midways.....

At empty queues...
Where the people ride no more...(okay I'm done with the Les Mis parodies)

Okay, the park wasn't very crowded, I think you get it....now for the real pictures!

The beautiful carousel which is the first thing you see when you walk in the park. Sorry this picture isn't the best, I was in a hurry to get to the rides.

This is Raging Bull, the tallest (200+ feet), fastest (70+ mph) and most photoghenic ride in the park. Prepare for a worthy slew: (I know I'm a dork, don't rub it in my face)

Wow! Yes, enough of THAT! You poor coaster haters that read this blog are probably ready to kill me at this point.

Whizzer:
Viper:

Dark Knight: (the actual ride is indoors, and dark. It's really cool!)
Said ride, Demon:
Other rides.
This is V2. It was closed when we were there *sniff* but it's one of my faves. I tried, but failed, to get a shot that showed, really, how HUGE this ride is. It's amazing.
American Eagle, my all-time FAVE GAm ride. So bumpy...it gives you the most butterflies!!!

They're building a new water ride...looks like it'll have some sort of a Caribbean theme.

And, lastly, my "artsy" photos for the day.

P.S. that photo above? That idea was Sheye's (see column to the right). I won't take full credit.
