Hey there! So I though it was time for an update on my life, it's been about a month since my last post!
If you're wondering about these verse pictures you keep seeing me post, they're what I call "Digital Media Edits" that I make using texts on Picnik.com. The purpose is to take beautiful Christian quotes and emphasize the keywords to make a nice picture. Someday, I plan to print them onto mugs, pictures, etc. and sell them on Etsy! Hopefully that'll work out someday!
So, in a little less than 2 months my youth group is going to summer camp. SUMMER CAMP! How has it been that long? Weren't we JUST there?? It's gone by so fast, and let me tell, that's a gift from God...summer camp is just, well, amazing. What more can be said?
Oh and a week from tomorrow? SIX FLAGS opens!! I'm SO excited. I'm the thrill-addict type, so roller coasters are my FAVORITE things! (after Jesus and Drama) ;P
So life is good! God is revealing Himself to me in all sorts of ways. I've read the books "I Kissed Dating Good-bye" and then "Say Hello to Courtship" by Joshua Harris...and let me tell you, they're amazing books. I so recommend them. It takes romance and relationships and completely focuses them on the Lord. I definitely plan on courting!
Since I finished those, I've started reading "Don't Waste your Life" by John Piper (I'm a HUGE fan) and it's really stretching and challenging me. It's SO good.
